Our Mission
The mission of the Adam T. Chambers Foundation is to eradicate
childhood Crohn's Disease through research, advocacy, and education,
as well as provide financial and other types of support to children with
Crohn's Disease.
Adam's Foundation envisions a world where children do not suffer
from the effects of Crohn's Disease, nor do families experience
financial exaustion as a result of an illness such as Crohn's Disease.
